How stress can cause hair fall

- Improve your sleep. Sleepless nights can become trigger many more severe problems. For example, having a terrible sleep may affect your mood, productivity during the day, or diet. As a result, all these factors lead to body stress. To improve your sleep, it is advisable to go to bed and wake up simultaneously every day. It would help if you tried to sleep at least 7–8 hours per day. Doctors recommend avoiding too exciting matters. For example, it is better not to watch scary movies and not to eat before bedtime. Instead, read a book or take a hot bath. - A relaxing massage has not only a physical but also psychological effect. In addition to relieving muscle tension and improving blood circulation, it helps reduce emotional stress and raise your psychological state. - Maintain a hair care routine. It is always better to use organic-based hair products than shampoo and hair masks rich with chemicals. Thus, it is better to avoid shampoos that contain parabens and sulfates and give preference to those that include organic ingredients. - Do not make hair stylings. - Do not be on a low-calorie diet. In this case, your body lacks essential micro and macro elements, nutrients, and vitamins. - Consume more products with the vitamins of group B and reduce consequences with a high level of vitamins of group A. - Make sure that your diet is rich in protein. Hair is mostly protein. Thus, if you eat a lot of protein food, your hair gets enough elements for growth. In this case, such products as fish, eggs, white poultry, and dairy products tofu should be on your diet list. - Exercise more. Physical exercises can be helpful - they reduce emotional stress. During training, your body produces endorphins – hormones of happiness – which help a person feel calmer and more relaxed. - Eat properly. Healthy food gives a body more energy, allowing better coping with stress. Proper nutrition also contributes to hair strengthening and reduces hair loss. - Give your body time to recover from a severe physiological change (accidents, surgeries). - Go to a psychologist. Emotional stress can increase over time if you don’t understand your feelings and do not have a person to talk to. Therefore, a meeting with a psychologist can help reduce stress and realize the problem.
